The immense bulk of work that the designing of a new burner brought with it, together with the trial      testing carried out under varying work conditions to find the right solutions enabling it to be adapted to

all types of exsitent installations, had been subsequently gratifying due to the exciting results obtained.

In fact we obtained important results in nearly all of the installations (98%):

-reduction in consumption (from a minimum of 15% to a  maximum of 40%),

-reduction  in the volume of chimney-smoke, a serious problem that gives concern to all our clients in the Sassuolo industrial zone cause of the more than well-known limitations imposed on smoke volume and emission by the organs of public control.

 

The advantages derived from our burners have permitted our clients to redeem the costs of the substitution of the entire combustion plant in a very short space of time.

TCK has been replacing old combustion systems and obtained notable fuel savings on all types of kilns for over 10 years.

Of course we are primarily concerned about production quality so other than controlling consumption through calculations of the specific kcal (see table), we carry out controls on all  production quality parameters (see table), both before and after installation. We do this as other than diminution in costs, frequently improvements in production quantity and quality are registered, being obtained with the burners which permit the installation to be run with greater flexibility by the technicians in charge of the system.  

In the two tables below are summarised and further, the fuel consumption achieved with our combustion system.

Obviously these are the average data based on data taken from scores of kilns on which our combustion system has been installed.  

Consumption reduction on specific systems can be checked with the aid of the table below - case by case.

In many of these cases we have obtained a production increase of even 7 - 8% and in many other cases, improvement in production quality with the elimination of defects - such as the black core.
